How to Add/Remove Recycle Bin in Navigation Panel and Start Menu most used programs Group in Windows 10

The Recycle Bin provides a safety valve for recovering the files and folders if you have accidentally deleted them. Windows OS, by default, places the deleted files and folders from your hard disk to Recycle Bin which changes the appearance of it from empty to full. In the beginning, check if you have the option ‘Show All Folders’ option enabled. If yes, disable it. After having done that, navigate to the following

The registry file above will add and change the DWORD value for the registry key below:

0 = Hide Recycle Bin

1 = Show Recycle Bin

Remove Most used programs Group from the Start Menu of Windows 10

NOTE: The most used group is turned on by default. Assuming you are using Windows 10, open the start menu.

Then, right click or press and hold on a listed program under Most used items group. Thereafter, click on Don’t show in this list.
Alternatively, you can open the Settings app, and click on Personalization. Then, click on Start on the left side, and turn on or off Store and display recently opened programs in Start on the right side.
