Elephone P9000 Android 7.0 beta firmware out

Android 7.0 beta firmware is out for Elephone P9000. Users running Android 6.0 Marshmallow can now download the update and install it to run Nougat on their devices. As, it’s a beta version, bugs are certain in the update. The compnay plans to roll out final OTA update soon.

The company has figured out some bugs in the beta version and found out that the fingerprint is nto working efficiently. Some other features were also found unstable, but they are working. Interested users can download the Android 7.0 beta update via their computer and share their feedback with Elephone on its official forum. Android 7.0 Nougat Features

The latest Android update will bring customization functionality, improved interface, and new features. Elephone P9000 will be able to make use of the Split-screen feature for multi-tasking. The Doze mode has been improved to save more battery while the device is not in use. Another highlight is ‘quick reply’ that allows users to reply to the messages directly through the notification panel while the screen is locked. Besides these, there are more such features of Android 7.0.
