Apple releases iOS 9.2 update alongside with OS X El Capitan 10.11.2, WatchOS 2.1 and tvOS 9.1

Apple has released updates to iOS 9.2, WatchOS 2.1, OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 including a minor update to tvOS 9.1. The iOS 9.2 includes updates to Apple Music and are available to the iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 5th generation and Apple iPad 2.

You will be able to create a new playlist when adding songs to the playlist. Moreover, the recently changed playlist is now listed at the top when adding songs to playlists.
