HP launches EliteBook 1030 Pavilion: Check price and features

On 17th May, HP launched it’s EliteBook 1030. This is a part of an extensive summer launch plan by the company. Designed for business users, the device is priced at $1,249.

The sale is expected to go online by the end of this month. Subscribers will be given a notification, the instant it is made available.

The EliteBook features a 13.3-inch screen and will be available in two models. One has a non-touch full-HD display and the other has a Quad-HD display with touch.

The all metal diamond-cut design gives it a smooth and elegant finish. The laptop is fanless, meaning the laptop is likely very power efficient. Check the complete features and other details here.

To add to the features that Windows laptops don’t pack, the EliteBook is spill-resistant and has a back-lit keyboard (just a tad closer to Mac, with all that Windows can offer).

The data protection is ensured by the smart HP Sure Start with Dynamic Protection. This is backed up with a first in the industry, the self-healing PC BIOS with runtime monitoring.

To add to the smart features, the laptop also comes with an on-sensor fingerprint reader and for the management of devices with an optional Intel vPro4 and LanDesk Management.

This device comes in a succession of the unveiling of the Pavilion series, earlier this month. Both, EliteBooks and Pavilion series promise to be trending series, but the latter has a bigger range.

However, the company’s intentions of flooding the market with their devices, in an attempt to kill the market of their competitors like Dell (especially the Inspiron series). This summer sure promises to be a healthy battle-market.
