After launching two new smartphones, Le Max and Le 1S in the Indian market, LeEco has announced to open 555 new service centres for after-sales support across 300+ towns, which will offer 24×7 toll-free services to its Indian consumers.
The service centres will be available in 10 local languages, including English, Hindi, Bangla, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi and Telugu.[ps_prices]
LeEco is also offering free pick-up and drop service for its premium smartphone – Le Max in the case of any physical damage and not working properly.
LeEco has set a new benchmark in the customer service domain as it is the first smartphone company to enter the Indian market with such an extensive after-sales support network.
