  1. Be be aware of purchasing any mobile phones from Gadgets360 which is a NDTV start up venture. the website is is such a exaggeration and cannot maintains service order nor have proper infrastructure, nor staff or adequate call center facilities to handle high volume order or calls. They outright lie on everything. I wish OBi worldphone founders and manufactures did proper delinquency on this company before selecting them for the launch of Obi SF1 on Dec 7.
Most time there customer service number 935-036-0360 does not work. Sometimes you get a voice message stating “please check your number and try again”. The reason being NDTV venture company gadget360 is not will to pay for adequate telecommunication services or for to a call center facility who have adequate E1 or T1 services. They have very limited number of phone line or ports open and make them available only during certain time of the day. They intentionally disconnect or limit the phonelines to avoid and save on CNAM dip charges during most of the day.
They have no proper facilities or infrastructure to adequately store and no efficient inventory management system ties to the actual orders and logistic services. This is typical in India, where actual order and invoice never match what ahs been shipped and collected (to reduce taxable income) Cash payment on order are never accounted properly in the system. Certified audits are fix even by well know companies in India to avoid taxes and manipulate revena and sales projections.

In addition, a lot of phone manufactures rename and re-launch the phones with brand name changes. Since no proper copyright laws exist or hard to implement in India. India is become a dumping ground for phones that are not genuinely manufacture or assembled without genuine parts. Indian customers are being takes for ride. For example a genuine manufactured phone cost $450. Same phone without genuine parts cost about $200. However both the phone are sold for the same price. Companies like Amazon sell phone with genuine parts. However, Amazon has come across people order phones on Amazon and after delivery replacing parts with non-genuine parts and returning to Amazon. That is the reason returning a phone in India to the Manufacture is not a norm anymore.

Most phone sold in India are not with genuine parts and are pre-assembled with duplicate parts. No wonder most international manufactures outside India, do not cover phone purchased in India. This includes most iphone and other smart phone bought at gardgets360 or through various dealer around the country. Warranty is such a lie in India and does not exist. In addition, Indian public are paying for most brand name that are not containing genuine parts and not supported by original manufactures at the same retail price as in other countries. My recommendation is do not buy new cell phones from Gadget360 or from various dealers. If you need to purchase a new phone, please buy from Amazon since they warrant genuine parts and have proper return policy in place.

Gadget360 networks is unable to handle the order nor fulfill its orders. I was one of the few early birds and order the Obi SF1 on Dec 7. The order status on gadgest360 status changes like kids diapers. Reason for not fulfilling deliver keep changing every few hours. For example they states one day , Obi SF1 out for delivery, but when you track sometime they state unable to deliver or address not found or no one at this address. I have 24/7 security and still no person attempted to delivery the Obi SF1phone order on gadgets360. Gadgets360 is intentinally lying and manipulate the order status and continue to lie. On my recommendation my friend also orderd a Obi SF1 on Dec 7. They told her its packed and out for delivery on Monday Dec 14. On Dec 15 status to transit. On Tuesday Dec 16 status changed to being packed only. And this evening Dec 16, she received an email from gadget360 stating the phone is soldoput and unable to fulfill the shipment and offering 500 cashback as atoke of goodwill. Gadget360 is not willing to refund the full amount. Thye are keep the 500 rupee as cashbacksicen they are unable to fulfill the shipment. How unethical and scupalcu can Gadgets360 be. This is fraud in other countries. No watch does exist in India to protect Indian consumers. Superrich people who are founders of NDT and Gadegets360 are taking everyone for the ride. Imagin they initially had only 10,00 phone. Took order for 70,000. They are inable to fulfill 65000 orders. They are keep 500 cashback on 60000 order . that equates to 3,00,00,000 Rupees in the Gadgets360 owners bank. In addition, Gadgets360 is making money by earing interest on this money in the bank without delivery you the Obi SF1.
Gadget360 and NDTV ventures are thieves and looting Indian public. And they repeat this orchestrated action on every phone they launch. Most unethical company is Gadget360.
The founders of Ob1 are fooled to go with gadgets360 and have been oversold and duped y gadgets360. They should have selected Amazon if they really want to sell proper mobile phone in India.
Now we cannot cancel non get back out money. Plus shipment date changes every day. I will never order any mobile phone or other gadgets from grades360 from this site again since: they have no decent customer service, no proper facilities to handle large volume of order or call, no proper infrastructure facilities related to datacenter with proper servers they own to handle high volume or logistic support to fulfill order. And gardets360 lies on everything and most unethical company to buy a decent phone.
Stay away from gadget360 which is a startup venture company of NDTV.
