Micromax Service Executive telling customers to get the F**K OUT of service center and misbehaving with a woman customer using foul language, that's what you'll get at Micromax Service Center instead of getting your phones repaired.

India’s popular social media community, The Logical Indian, recently shared a shocking video on their website, which showed how few customers got bizarrely insulted at one of the Micromax’s service centers in India.

The video was uploaded by a consumer named Dhara Ladhad on 11th May 2015. It indicates similarly uncivil tones being used by both a Micromax employee and the customer at the Micromax service center.

However, we could not understand the reason behind sudden outburst and words exchange took place, which subsequently caught on camera.

“I frankly don’t find this video shocking at all. Because this is exactly what I can always expect from Micromax Mobile. I must say, these guys seem really proud of being pathetic just like their company has always been in terms of reputation and customer support. This is just one such case that has come to limelight. But I often get to hear a lot of complaints against the kind of service and treatment they offer to their customers,” said Patange.

Responding to Patange’s post, Micromax ensured how important customer’s satisfaction is for the company. Micromax also said that they have taken strict action against the service center by withdrawing their license and issued an inquiry on the outburst.

“Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us at Micromax; we have taken the most stringent action against the service center by withdrawing their license while issuing an inquiry on the entire incident,” said Micromax in a comment.
