OnePlus launched the OnePlus 13 and the OnePlus 13R last month in India. According to rumors, the next addition to the OnePlus 13 lineup is going to be the OnePlus 13 Mini/13T. While the specifications and the official moniker of the device are still unknown, some leaks have revealed a few key details and the latest is on the OnePlus 13 Mini battery capacity.
OnePlus 13 Mini Battery Capacity
Tipster DigitalChatStation has claimed on Weibo that the alleged OnePlus 13 Mini will house a 6,000mAh battery despite its compact size. Moreover, the tipster has also revealed that the brand is working on fitting even larger batteries in the upcoming devices which are set to launch in the second half of the year. These OnePlus devices will feature batteries as big as 6,500mAh to 7,000mAh.
OnePlus 13 Mini Specifications
A couple of leaks from last week have revealed some of the hardware specifications of the OnePlus 13 Mini.
Design: According to a tip by DigitalChatStation, the OnePlus 13 will feature a bar-shaped dual camera design on the back panel and feature a flat display. It is also expected to feature a metal frame and a glass back.
Display: The OnePlus 13 Mini is said to have a 6.31-inch 1.5K resolution LTPO OLED display that refreshes at 120Hz.
Processor: The device is expected to be powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset powering its older sibling, the OnePlus 13.
Camera: The OnePlus 13 will feature a dual camera setup as opposed to the triple camera setup leaked earlier. It will house a 50MP primary camera paired with a 50MP telephoto camera that supports 2X optical zoom.
While other hardware details about the OnePlus 13 Mini are unknown, the device is expected to launch in April 2025 or at least by the second quarter of 2025. The price and India launch details are also unknown but we should start hearing more about the device soon when it starts appearing on certification platforms.
