Samsung has quietly introduced the Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G to the Indian market. Positioned as a more affordable counterpart to the Galaxy M55, the M55s boasts attractive features such as 45W fast charging, a 50MP main camera, and a 120Hz display.
Pricing and Availability
The Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G is available in two storage configurations:
- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage: Priced at Rs 19,999
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage: Priced at Rs 22,999
Samsung is sweetening the deal with a bank discount of Rs 2,000. The phone will be up for grabs starting September 26th exclusively on Amazon. Color options include Thunder Black and Coral Green.
What Sets the Galaxy M55s Apart?
While the Galaxy M55s is designed to be a budget-friendly option, it shares a striking resemblance to its pricier sibling, the Galaxy M55. The curved edges, slim profile, and rear camera arrangement are nearly identical. Even the color palette, featuring a Turquoise option, echoes the Galaxy M55.
Surprisingly, the Galaxy M55s mirrors the Galaxy M55 in terms of specifications and features. The only discernible difference lies in the display panel: the M55s sports a Super AMOLED display, whereas the M55 boasts a Super AMOLED+ display. However, this distinction is unlikely to significantly impact the user experience.
