This collaboration, initiated in 2022, has now evolved into a master distributor model, enabling access to Truecaller’s Business Messaging product through Tanla. This move is aimed at facilitating other CPaaS and communication-focused companies to utilize Truecaller’s platform for more effective and trustworthy business communication.

This collaboration is part of Truecaller’s broader strategy to grow its Truecaller for Business segment, which has seen significant revenue growth since its inception in early 2021. The company reports that Business Messaging, along with its Verified Business offering, has been a key revenue driver, a trend expected to continue with the expanded partnership.
