Toyota Land Cruiser Prado launched in India

The new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado bangs into the Indian market in an all-upgraded avatar, both inside and out. The exterior of this sturdy vehicle bears a new front grille, bumper, head lamps and fog lamps, along an all-new rear license plate garnish, LED headlamps and DRLs. The interior is no less full of surprises either. The cabin features a ‘Crawl Control’, a system that nullifies the utility of accelerator and brake over rough and slippery terrains so that one can only concentrate on the steering. Along with this comes a Multi-Terrain Select, Multi-Terrain Monitor, a 7-inch screen, a tyre pressure monitoring system and a seat heater for the second row.

This all-new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado comes in five suave color schemes: White Pearl Crystal Shine, Silver Metallic, Grey Metallic, Dark Blue Metallic and Black. The interior of the car also has two color options, viz., Flaxen and Black.

Overwhelmed by customers’ response to Prado since its launch in India in 2004, Sandeep Singh, the DMD and COO of Tata Kirloskar Motor thanked all its customers for understanding and appreciating the quality, durability and reliability of the vehicle. he further elucidated that its because of its Land Cruiser heritage that Prado has been able to make a name for itself as an all-terrain luxury SUV that appeals not just the SUV buyers, but also the buyers of other luxury cars. Terming the new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado as a ‘perfect combination of maneuverability and interior luxury’, Singh expressed his full confidence that the Indian customers would definitely love the superior comfort and luxurious experience of driving the New Prado.

The price of this spanking new upgraded Toyota Land Cruiser Prado is tagged as Rs. 84.87 lakhs.
